Choosing Your SelfMSF Account Type
What changes between the five levels, and what stays the same on every one of them.
What account types does SelfMSF offer?
SelfMSF offers five account levels: Start, Core, Plus, Select and VIP. Each provides access to six market categories, with different levels of trading tools, market insights and client support. Higher levels offer additional services and a more personalised account experience.
Which account type is right for me?
The right account type is the one that matches how often you trade and how much contact with our team you’d like. Start suits people who are new or trade now and then. Core and Plus suit people who trade most weeks and want regular market context. Select and VIP suit experienced traders who’d like a dedicated contact and priority service.
Do all account types include every market?
Yes. Every SelfMSF account type includes forex, stocks, crypto, indices, commodities and metals, with the same instruments and the same trading platform. Moving up a level changes the service and conditions around your account, while the markets you can reach stay exactly the same on all five.
Does a higher account type improve my trading results?
A higher account level may provide additional trading tools, market insights and personal support. It doesn’t change how markets move or the risk in your trades. Your results depend on market movements, position size, leverage and trading costs.
What is the minimum deposit for each account type?
Minimum deposit requirements vary by account level. Start with the entry-level option or compare Core, Plus and Select for additional services. VIP account requirements are available on request. Check the account comparison above for the deposit amount associated with each level.
Can I change my account type later?
Account upgrades or changes may be available depending on eligibility and the provider’s terms. Contact client support to discuss your options and find out how a change could affect your account services and trading conditions.
Does leverage change between account types?
Available leverage may vary by account level, instrument, client classification and jurisdiction. Higher leverage increases both potential gains and losses. Review the applicable trading conditions and margin requirements before opening a position.
